Stop Motion Puppet Detective

A stop-motion puppet detective in a tiny felt trench coat walks through a rain-soaked cardboard city where every streetlight bends toward him, shadow creatures made of black paper tear themselves from walls and chase him through alleys, he jumps onto a toy tram, fires a silver paper bullet through a mirror and exposes a giant clockwork monster hiding inside the city hall tower; handcrafted stop-motion noir, felt clothing, painted cardboard buildings, practical rain, miniature reflections, brass gears and paper shadows, dramatic Dutch angles, warm amber lamps contrasted with deep teal night, mysterious handcrafted atmosphere, ending with the detective shooting the clockwork heart as every streetlight snaps upright and the paper shadows fold themselves back into the walls.
