The Chip Lost Between The Sofa Cushions

6–9 seconds: He grabs a small flashlight. He gets down on the floor and shines the flashlight underneath the sofa. Reveal the chip clearly visible underneath, just beyond his fingertips. He stretches toward it. Almost reaches it. The sofa shifts slightly. He slides farther underneath.

9–12 seconds: Now he is awkwardly wedged beneath the sofa, with his legs sticking out. He reaches for a broom and tries to push the chip toward himself. The broom accidentally pushes the chip even FARTHER away. He freezes. His expression changes from mild annoyance to intense determination. He crawls farther underneath. The sofa suddenly begins sliding forward. He grabs the sofa leg. The sofa continues moving.

12–14 seconds: The man finally emerges from underneath while accidentally dragging the entire sofa several feet across the room. The chip shoots out from underneath. He catches it triumphantly. He stands up holding the single chip like a priceless trophy.

14–15 seconds: He proudly eats the chip.

CRUNCH.

He looks toward the coffee table.

Reveal: a large untouched bowl containing dozens of identical potato chips is sitting directly beside him.

He looks at the bowl.

Looks at the single chip he just fought for.

Silence.

CUT TO BLACK.
