Cinematic Horror Solo Short

A dimly lit abandoned Victorian hallway at night, peeling wallpaper, flickering gas lamps, dust floating in the stale air. (0-8s) Camera slowly dollies forward down the empty corridor, passing cracked mirrors and a grandfather clock ticking off-beat. (8-14s) A pale woman in a tattered white nightgown appears at the far end, standing motionless, head tilted unnaturally, dark hair covering her face. Camera holds still, slight handheld sway. (14-20s) She suddenly snaps her head upright and takes three quick, jerking steps forward, unnaturally fast, then freezes again just a few feet closer. (20-26s) Lights flicker harder, one gas lamp goes out with a hiss, shadows lengthen across her face revealing pale gray skin and hollow dark eyes. (26-30s) Sudden cut to extreme close-up on her face as she whispers with cracked lips, camera shakes violently, hard cut to black.
