Scavenger Dune Ridge City

A scavenger crawls to the top of a dune ridge on his stomach and looks over. Below in the basin, an entire buried city is surfacing, buildings pushing up through the sand slowly, like something breathing out. He doesn't move. Doesn't radio. Just watches the world underneath the world reveal itself. VFX: sand displacement from emerging structures, dust column particle systems, scale depth on the emerging cityscape, wind across the ridge surface.
