Cut to Shot 6: Fast reaction cut to the corridor walls, shadows stretching too long, lantern glow weakening, silk curtains lifting as if something unseen passes through them. Hard cut back: she is now only a few steps away.

Cut to Shot 7: Extreme close shot. She slowly turns around with broken ceremonial elegance. Her face is almost human but subtly wrong, skin too pale, empty eyes, whispering mouth moving with no visible emotion.

Cut to Shot 8: Final terrifying reveal. Locked frame on her face as she leans slightly toward camera, smile widening unnaturally, whispering mouth opening too far while the last lantern dies and the corridor falls into darkness.
